Why withdrawal getting too long time to get confirmed so take a look at miner fee which are less than recommended which is very strange since now i am waiting to get confirmed from last 5 hours, even you are deducting standard miner fee but withdrawal input has less miner fee around 400 sats.

its because of 10k sats fee and people today are paying more and there is currently 30-40k unconfirmed transactions witch one of mine is there too you will have to wait untill miners get your transactions inclouded in block.

Sometimes blockchain.info has delayed information.  Personally, I hate their site so I use an alternative to find transactions that are "not found".  One such different site you could look up a transaction on is Blockr.io.  Any blockchain site could be experiencing issues, so it's always best to have a backup for double-checking.

I had this issue yesterday as well, but it's not just a PD issue, it's blockchain itself.  I sent a tx yesterday from my own personal wallet to a site as a deposit, and had to wait nearly 4 hours for a High Priority TX with a 20k sats fee.  In cases like these where blockchain is skipping our High Priority transactions, we can't really do anything except wait. :/

Yeah and PrimeDice isnt the only website that does this. If you withdraw something like 1.0BTC and the site had a deposit of 1.00002000 it will send you the 1.0BTC and the rest will be the miners fee, 20sats which has like a 6 hour wait time according to cointape
