Even if you're level 33, once you begging or break the rules, you'll muted too. You must wagered atleast 10 btc until your faucet increase, i think this is for avoid faucet farming. If you were muted by an Admin it means you were abusing the faucet. It doesn't matter how much you wager, the faucet is not there for you to live off of. If you claimed faucet many times for many hours it eventually adds upp and effectively negates the House Edge. They're not being stingy, you're abusing the system, and are part of why the faucet amounts have been nerfed so many times. That being said, if you think they are wrong, and you've deposited lately to prove you're not just monopolizing the faucet, you can submit a ticket to Support and they can take a second look at it. |
