Now my faucet has been blocked!! I had 2500 satoishi faucet. One the whole reason I joined and use Primedice was because I could build up my faucet :/

So basically, you can ''earn'' rank in PD only to have it stripped away

if you read the thread carefully,instead of jumping in with the scam accusations first
you would have noticed,that there is a deposit rule introduced,so if you haven't deposited in 3 months
and were only playing faucet,you get muted
if you are a legit player,you should deposit and then contact support for the mute to be lifted
hope this works for ya

I am not wondering about this thing, because I suffer more than you ever. I can still remember it well when last time I played on betterbets which I have exactly 33 reds streaks with 2x multiplier, although I start with small basebet I can't recover my lose too because of that long streak

I've been playing on Primedice for a couple of years. Occasional depositor, but would mostly play around with faucet. I was permanently muted last night off for faucet abuse. That means I can't talk to my friends in chat, or claim faucet anymore. The thing is, I had no idea I was abusing the faucet or doing anything against the rules of the site. I thought faucet was there and available to use, not something that came with strings attached. I know that Primedice does have the right to permanently ban or disable me for any reason at all. I am just confused, as I thought I was playing by the rules. Can anyone shed some light on this? I have been advised support would get back to me, but I'm just really bummed out and miss the community.

I have seen alot of accounts getting banned. However yo can contact support via live chat and they will give you more details about it.

I definitely wasn't faucet farming, but I haven't deposited anything or really withdrawn anything in 5 months. I just enjoy logging in and chatting, playing with the faucet. I think I may have upset the wrong person, I talk a lot of bull sh*t in chat and was also bragging about a big win back in December. Shortly after that I was muted. I think the better solution for this kind of problem is to disable faucet for those who didn't make a lower-limit deposit in the past 3 months and give them a notification to let users aware why they can't claim faucet. And when user makes the appropriate deposit, the system should enabled their faucet again.
