Well it depends.

If they are drop-shipping then yes its possible because most likely the shirts are made in China and china has the cheapest shipping anywhere in the world.

However if they have them on hand and will need to ship manually to various countries then it will get very costly.

I think there is a service where you design the T-shirt, and it gets dropped shipped from the manufacteur instead of PD. It would save on shipping.
