Despite all inconveniences, this hard fork did show the quality of dev team.
I congratulate them, and this is a clear sign that this project has a bright future.

On Discord it was mentioned that the 2.0 GUI Wallet should be ready this month. I believe this will be a huge step towards building more value in ITNS coin.
Yeah. Half a year we make wallets There have been GUI wallets previously but it was just now after the emergency hard fork when the old GUI did not work any more and we must temporary use the new command line wallet until they also fix the new GUI. So it is not like there has been no GUI until now. It is more like one week without GUI wallet. Anyway the command line wallet works now and it is not difficult to use once everything is set up. I admit it was a little bit tricky to transfer the keys from the old GUI. How did you do this? I've tried multiple things and nothing seems to work. Any help would be appreciated!

VPN, huh? I think VPN services are going to be HUGE in 2018. Here's the deal, I follow world news religiously, I hear the Russians are big into VPN right now, some app got blocked by their ""democratic"" government or something. In other words, this is a great, USEFUL project.

Originally, the team said a GUI wallet would be released a few days after the fork.
It's been about a week, and their GUI wallet is still not finished.
You can not simply upgrade to the 2.0 GUI wallet, your old wallet file WILL NOT WORK.
You have to fuck with a bunch of files. This reflects poorly on the Dev team. They are not able to produce a working GUI wallet with compatible wallet files. Nor have they produce a simple tool for converting wallets.
This is all after they allowed cryptonight ASICS to mine on their chain for over a week, they only hardforked after they got 51% attacked.
I'm only happy I don't have a lot of coins. Because this is frustrating. I want out but I cant get my coins, let alone sell them on an exchange.
The INTENSE team reflects a lot of incompetence, and they do not stay true to their time-frames AT ALL.

the procedure is documented and you can come to discord anytime, people will help you. codebase is just too different to make the wallet files compatible. This is all after they allowed cryptonight ASICS to mine on their chain for over a week, they only hardforked after they got 51% attacked.
It wasn't a 51% attack. We hardforked earlier to make the thief run dry. Of course this brought some confusion because it wasn't planned, but we believed it would be much more important to make the attack worthless, for the coin holders good and for the big project picture. The INTENSE team reflects a lot of incompetence, and they do not stay true to their time-frames AT ALL.
sorry if we were ahead of our schedule with the release of the v4 fork, we will try to be more precise next time :-) besides, you forgot to mention that we had to fight at least 3 attacks on the chain, which we promptly deflected, while doing or usual homework.

Don't feed the troll. He has a signature saying ''bitcoin cash!'' He can't be very smart if he believes bitcoin cash is a legit coin. I have been following intense coin since pretty much the beginning and the community and team have always been active. I just hope this year the market settles down a little bit and makes some room for alt coins to grow without depending so much on bitcoin.

Appreciate you chiming in. Does this imply you will never make the old wallet files compatible ? and I think you pushed V4 too early. You have to watch a 30 minute guide to have an idea how to even swap your wallet over for fucks sake. I don't really wana dedicate an hour just to get my coins back.

We couldn't wait, because the coin was unusable without the new wallet. Thank the hacker. Besides, I transferred two addresses from the old wallet to the new one in less than 10 minutes, using the cli.

hey intense people, hope you guys can help out because this whole forking thing got me all confused. a couple of days ago I sent my intense to trade ogre, this while still using wallet 1.4.1, ( still stuck at the updating stage, intense wallet cli won't let me import my wallet), only to realize that after the transaction the fork already was implemented. after some reading I found out that every transaction made after block 166000 (after fork) will be lost. the transaction I made was in block 177000. so do you guys know what now moving forward? have I lost my funds or will they eventually hit my wallet at trade ogre? the transaction is still traceable in the gui wallet, but when I go to block explorer at the intense website, my transaction hash can't be found. hope someone can help, it would be highly appreciated.
