Can devs reconsider the request for delisting ITNS in OctaEx? I hope you can communicate more with OctaEx to solve the wallet problem.
I understand they may not put ITNS at first priority and some people complained about their supports owing to the language barrier.
As a Chinese miner, I frequently trade in bitcoin forks (although not ITNS) in OctaEx. It is a good exchange in general.
The overall liquidity is quite high as a new exchange. I sincerely hope devs can keep this exchange first and try improve the cooperation and communication.

I don't believe there are any proxy daemon servers running for the most updated version of the tools. Soon though I would imagine.

I had to use the latest version to get everything synced (overwrite intensecoind.exe (windows) from below link  )

I notice the Gui wallet is in 32-bit and 64-bit version.
I also used them both and haven't had any issues.

a few weeks ago I still was on wallet 1.4.1, but before I could see my balance in the newest wallet I had to convert my old wallet to XMR Rebase wallet.
