My coin on coinexchange.io, I have needed to turn on the wallet off on the computer and proceed to convert the dongle. Conversion benefits, and not how the convertible you guys, can anybody tell me I am a new member

Sorry but have been seeing this all day, what seems to be the issue? Send the coins from the exchange to your wallet... easy then follow the step by step guide on the site quite simple. There is also a video on youtube check the twitter feed for it.
