Can manager explain me shares of Blogs and YT bounty

I can see that you gave almost everyone same amount of shares for articles (20) and you gave the unbelievable big number of shares for YT videos (900) even if they have only 100 or fewer views

An article that I spent 5 - 6 hrs exploring, writing, making pictures and promoting (380 views on Steemit + Medium that is not accepted) will be rewarded with 45 times smaller amount of shares than some YT video with less than 100 views  

PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS?

don't worry about it. the bounty stakes on youtube is different on article.
it should be 7.6% on articles and 7.5% on youtube.

Don't worry, bounty pool is different: articles and videos, on 7.5% respectively for each campaign

Also If signature participant left the campaign at the middle, will thay recive stakes for the weeks which he/she participated?

On a normal note, once someone leaves a signature campaign, all his Previously accumulated stakes becomes invalid/cancelled.
For one to receive a reward in a signature campaign, he has to participate till the end.
That's how it works for Signature campaigns.
