Not sure if you should believe in paid articles. In my opinion, only faces of people who control project worth believes. On the other hand if there is working product, it is nice idea to invest

I suggest cartaxi ico. They reached hard cap in the pre-sale period and it looks like a promising project.

How is it different from others?
What know-how they present to this world?

...actually I think in long term ICO without dividends will disappear because dividends from ICO is new attractive wave to get investors money...

I think Cartaxi ICO is a good one, because it's have many potential.
Mostly important think it's regularly used to our real life related.

I dont know, there are a lot of ico's at the moment, and most of them are scam ones. So it is better to try to stay away for them, at least on October, most ico's are only raising funds because they want to be prepared to face this hard ford on october so they can receive free coins. So why dont you hold your bitcoins? there are better ways to invest your money instead of icos.

Of course it should be COMSA. You will see how much attention it will attract closer to ICO date (2nd October). Just check the team, whitepaper and take into consideration that Tech Bureau is a japanese company that has already worked since 2014. There is only one drawback - the absence of hard cap. It would be better if it exists.
