I am actually new to this. All the ICO i joined required account creation on their website and then after payment I can see the token on the dashboard.  Without an account where the tokens will be send? Sorry I am not very familiar with ether technology. If you can please clarify. Thanks

The ETH address from which you send the coins is enough. As it's yours, and you'll simply get tokens on it back

Yes. Consider your ETH address your account.

But be sure not to use exchange eth address. User services like myetherwallet.com or similar that support tokens (exchanges don't)

A lot of ICOs have  problems lately with not reaching goals  and raising funds, but how devs adjust to that is very important, obstacles will happen, sooner or later, but its all about how you react to them.

will it operate via users renting their data to others?
how do you plan to keep users information safe?
how will the WiFi connections work? as in if im an operated and have a router that i want to make momey from how many people can connect at a time. will you be selling specific router for this?

Of course IUNGO and CryptoWi are different ideas.
But!
For end-user it is the same task - to get Internet out of home.

And if I can pay inside IUNGO network with my WiC-coins (and vice-versa in CryptoWi by ING-coin) - it will be HUGE plus for both projects.
Fast and clear conversion of some coins to ING inside app will be killer-future for the project.
And you could take commission for it
