Few posts up they wrote discount is 67% for everyone,no matter contribution size,with 0.50 ETH as minimum investment and 50 ETH being maximum.

How we gone know where is available AP if I don't have internet in some country?

That's a solvable problem. In case of mobile app we will cache the data about hotspot locations inside the app. Therefore you will be able to locate them even when you are ofline.

Anyone can become a provider-  you can just download their open source software and configure your router and begin sharing bandwidth and earning ING Tokens.

For people who are not so tech savvy (like me!) there will be a plug and play router coming soon that they will post to you to join.

Ah, this is good thing , that new router will be optional, cos at first I thought it will be mandatory. But ye, its good to have that option for people who are not into tech stuff. Ease of use is always important.

nice but it was done before. I think there is no innovation. these projects must create something new. otherwise it becomes an ordinary project.
