In my experience over the past two months in the majority of cases it has been better for the investor to buy after the token hits the exchange, rather than participate in the ICO. What makes this ICO viable as an investment in this phase rather than when it hits exchanges?

Actually if you try to see the whitepaper, just look for 'The Team' portion of the whitepaper. In there you can see that this project consist of high caliber professionals focusing on the success of the project. Marketing plans have been laid. There's someone on their team who has been assigned on the marketing field and if you try to see he/she got actually quite have a good portfolio.
