It is able to overthrow precious metal of sure due to a number of unique benefits. Individuals consist of fungible, storage space, and zero rising cost of living moving previous a particular day. With all of that recognized I believe it is possible to overthrow gold.r

bitcoin will not replace gold, if only because gold has many functions besides money. The gold will not be depreciated exactly

true, why people keep asking if bitcoin will replace gold..in the first place bitcoin is far from gold as bitcoin is a cryptocurrency . gold is gold and can't be replaced by bitcoin. the value of gold doesn't depreciate while bitcoin is volatile .even if bitcoin is successfull and it keeps rising high ,for me these two has diffirent function and characteristic so no can't be replaced.

There is no way any of them can replace each other, because we need the both of them. They all have different roles to play in our daily lives, be it transactions or any other purpose.

In my opinion, Bitcoin can have a positive impact on the economy in a given country, but it can not replace something we have been dealing with for thousands of years. It is simply impossible.
Thats right, I think just because bitcoin price is so high and then bitcoin becomes popular and it makes bitcoin replace gold? I think it's not mean like that. gold has existed for thousands of years and will certainly continue to survive as a commodity used by everyone. and bitcoin will not replace gold, but it becomes another option for investment

Ofc no gold is rare resources and its still pleasing to the eyes of everyone while bitcoin, bitcoin is none other word that anyone nobody knows it.

Gold is quite rare now. But there is no guarantee that it will remain so in the future. Once space travel is possible, then it may be possible to extract gold and other precious metals from the meteorites. Also, in the future it may become financially viable to extract gold and other minerals from the sea water (the ocean waters contain as much as 20 million tons of gold).
This is something some people struggle to understand, gold may be rare now but it is not going to remain there, gold is going to become a lot more common as technology advances, in the other hand it does not matter how much our technology advances bitcoin is not going to become more common even if at some point miners used nuclear energy to power their miners that will only raise the difficulty.

I would rather not think of the differences between both bitcoin and gold and would invest to them at the same time - I think this is the wisest thing we can do as an investor.

Gold can not be compared to bitcoin. Gold is too easy to steal, and the value of gold is not good. A lame comparison. Gold is not money, and bitcoin is money

Bitcoin can not replace gold, unless you just do business Bitcoin to replace gold
I do not think like that because gold is a precious metal and beautiful in the eyes of people for as jewelry, so in my opinion bitcoin and gold both have its own specialties and will not be able to replace each other
bitcoin can be considered a golden shadow but will not replace gold

gold remains gold, and so is bitcoin. although bitcoin is more expensive than gold, not gold mean can be replaced with bitcoin. although gold lost the price of bitcoin, gold we can use for jewelry. if bitcoin is a digital currency that is often used for trading, and the latest way to invest in the future.

I can't say bitcoin could replace gold because we can find gold outside cryptoworld unlike bitcoin can only found in cryptoworld. But in term of investment I prefer to use bitcoin because its price has a swinging movement.
Truly bitcoin will supplant gold on the grounds that the cost of bitcoins is significantly more higher than gold that is the reason soon you will see the supplanting of bitcoins in gold and the gold will be vanish so you ought to put increasingly in bitcoins to have more benefit.

Bitcoin cannot replace gold as gold is physical currency and bitcoin is internet currency. Gold can be traded anywhere but bitcoin can be traded only through internet and internet access is not available everywhere and every time.

True, you cannot compare it because they both serve different function now

We still need gold as a safe haven, as an emergency fund when there is some political instability or perhaps war, we can still use it to survive

Bitcoin on the other hand is a form of investment, it will keep increasing in value the more people acknowledge it

There are many points that bitcoin easily replace bitcoin.
1) Bitcoin is new technology which is increasing (So people will prefer bitcoin instead to keep gold).
2) Bitcoin is attracting people toward itself because it's price is unbeatable.

There are some points in which people will keep gold instead bitcoin.

1) Old people (Not familiar with technology).

2) Some Cultures (Muslims , Hindus).

I think bitcoin cant replace gold in terms of physical  appearance but in the price i think they are almost the same .and the big difference  is that bitcoin price can change anytime.and that will be a good thing to have an strategy of buying ang selling for the investors.i think that was the advantage of bitcoin than gold.because the price of the gold is stock. If you buy gold today it is high price and if you sell it it is also high price so then you cant even gain a profit in case you gain it is only a few amount.

I think both had really different feature gheh arecreally not the same i think in terms of value bitcoin and gold are almost the same but if we talk about the appearance bitcoin is really not good as gold.I believe that bitcoin. Annotvreally replace gold in terms of physical appearance but if we talk about its value we  can  really say that maybe it will replace gold someday.

It's unlikely to replace gold as this would require Bitcoin becoming mainstream and the government backing their fiat currency by Bitcoin or completely embracing Bitcoin
