You can`t mine it. The only one way to get it for free is to buy some coins and wait for POS. If you haven`t coins - you can`t get anything without buying.

There is no hardcap and softcap. You can buy/sell coins at the yobit exchange. If you have coins in your wallet - you can POS it.
