Yeah building a 5000 usd mining rig is expensive but buying 5000 usd envion is not? Envion will beat everyone with the hash power? Why? Because they can have near free electricity? Why would they get that? There are enough miners that use near free electricity especially in China. And why would nvidia sell GPU's to Envion? You think nvidia can't use those miners themselves? You think they need envion to deliver the containers or what? nvidia has no reason to sell cheap mining rigs that are 160% ROI/year to company's, they would rather use those GPU's to mine themselves or sell them to gamers so they won't lose the gaming market. Why would nvidia sell cheap gpu's to envion while thousands of personal gambling miners stand in-line to buy at premium prices? And those miners don't use only 25% for reinvestments, they don't need to pay 160% dividends each year to holders, they can just reinvest EVERYTHING. Besides, where is your mining decentralisation in your dream?

If they get 1% of global hashrate using that 0.1 billion $, I would be very surprised.
