yes you are right they are just looking for money by hiring others without paying it is very bad with behavior and embarrassing,and something like this that destroys the future of ico. they just make money and look for big enemies

Almost all ICO that finished their sales lately are delaying lots of things.
I can name some but you won't believe me (some i'm already in).
These guys go in during bad market mood so they have to screw it even more.
I don't think the team ddin't finish the KYC till today or they don't really know YET how many tokens sold, they just delaying things (i won't blame them though) till the crypto space mood gets better.

An ICO i bought in now is saying there is no token distribution till 2FA is implemented lol without any ETA or date at all, imagine that.

So bounty hunters of EVN, all you can do is waiting & hoping for the best, there is nothing to be done.

ENVION is a very successful ICO project. But when is the reward time released? This has been dragging away without news, which makes the bounty hunters a little disappointed.

The chances for us to get paid with this bounty is very low.  The team is not cooperating and doesnt even bother to give us update they also banning some people on their telegram channel if they are asking about bounty.  We've been waiting for the payment almost 3 months now.  So disappointed with this project.

I believe you because I am in the exact same situation. Envion is my third in a row bounty which is delayed. What is funny that Envion is last of them. First Atlant was not paid for 7 months and now they will pay us every month for 18 months. Second Hdac already few 4 months after ICO and there is still nothing in terms of blockchain development so still, months form bounty payout. And my third and last Envion.

I don't know what happens with all this ICO's but nothing good for sure.

lets be a little more patient and hope that dev team keeps there word it's the only thing we can really do at the moment dont know if they're actually able to get into legal trouble for not paying out bounties
