So will we see a big give away with the coins that are left? Tongue Tongue

Nah I don't think dooglus has the right to distribute the MIA investors' bitcoin, but of course he can give away as many of his own coins. Tongue

dooglus would be nearly wiping his entire trust and goodwill if he starts to distribute yet-unclaimed investor Bitcoins as a giveaway. Please tell me you're not serious.

He could or he could give it away to JD players or bitcointalk members in a big give away, it is an option Wink Prices of 0.01BTC to 1BTC to members who have more than 100 activity or JD players that have played at least 1BTC

JD players and forum members have nothing to do with that money. It should be given to their owners. If the owners don't want that money, then it's for Dooglus.

If any of them have emergency withdrawal addresses, he could just send the coins back that way, if and when, after several years they have not yet been claimed.

If owners can be localized, and they can because they left an emergency address, then Bitcoins should be returned to them. If they didn't leave any clue, then Dooglus can keep them as long as owners don't come and prove that they really owned them.

So what is doog his issue atm that he can't reopen just-dice?

Probably because he doesn't want to be held accountable for $50 million and there's new Canadian regulations.

...because he is enjoying having downtime from running, operating, administrating, securing et cetera a 24/7 casino?

Either you own the bitcoins(private keys) or you don't. However with moneroj, nobody knows what you own.

No because he has been smart and smelled he was taking a risk of being charged in Canada

Because of regulation  or casino  issues back in Canada.

It will definitely be more profitable for dooglus to start over again in a new country again, specially considering the number of scams happening every other day.

While this is all true, he pretty much just used it as an excuse to close shop. He stated multiple times that if given reason to close down, he will because he was tired of running it.
