I am curious whether it was announced before how the CLAM distribution would happen, or did it happen randomly?

Going to assume it was done randomly, else it wouldn't have been fair. With that said, devs did know (as did people close to them). There's nothing to give insight as to if they exploited this knowledge though.
I think I read somehwre, that 50,000 Addresses were created then, so that person could definitely sell those CLAMS for btc, and drop the price.

They may have sold a lot of CLAM already but a few people knew and have a lot of CLAM. The same probably goes for JD but I am OK with it, they invested time and money into something and were lucky/right.

Paying 50 CLAM per translation is a lot.
You could gt one for less than 4-5 CLAMs.

any prediction about future clam value ?

Clams will be traded at 1 btc each.

That will be when 1 btc will be 10000 usd, so a lot of money to be made there!

any prediction about future clam value ?

With at least 1 CLAM generated every minute, I predict that it'll be hard to go up again. I would suggest buy CLAM just to have some fun on JD, not as an investment or saving.

1CLAM a minute is 3600CLAM/day which is a lot compared to the CLAM that have been digged but not so much compared to the potential 13millions CLAM that exist.

The possibility of a big Bitcoin company or two finding hundreds of thousands of CLAM and dumping them at a rate of 10,000/day or more on exchanges is very bearish for the price.

It is 1,440 new clams per day.  I think this is good and healthy for the CLAM economy and will help it go up.

So a day consists of 60 hours? I always thought a day had 24 hours, but I might be wrong Wink

It depends how far from the equator you are. On the equator you move faster, so you can orbit the sun in just 24 hours, but the further away you get, the slower you move, so it can take up to 60 hours.

Something like that, anyway.
