Waiting for transaction confirmation already for 3 days

Hello,

I'm using blockchain.info wallet and few days ago sent my funds however after logging to my wallet I noticed that transaction is not confirmed yet and doesn't have any confirmation. It is already 3 day and there still is no at least 1 confirmation. Is there anything I can do about it?
