To Heratys, if you would like to compile a list, I would happily update our ANN. Unfortunately we'll have pools that advertise and go days without any hashpower being added to their pool or we'll have pools request to be added and then disappear the next day. It's constantly shifting and changing so we decided the best course of action is to just list pools once they've successfully got some hashpower on board and don't seem to be going anywhere anytime soon.

But also, people might consider the probabilities, fees and locale of the pools (where the latter information can be determined) to consider who they are really benefitting if or when they are clustering into only the top three or four pools).
It's not mine, but I've been mining at ahashpool.com and am getting a pretty good rate, converts and pays out in BTC.
There is also zpool.ca which will pay you in any coin they mine (no matter what algo you are on) including Bulwark (ie. if there is a more profitable algo for your GPUs, you can use that and get paid in Bulwark and probably end up with more).
