DERO has forked but I am unable to mine. I am using XMRRIG 2.6 (where I can also mine XMR new algo) but I can not mine DERO.
Something is not right...
I have tried the new & updated Cryptonite miners, all can mine XMR alright but not DERO.. Whats up?

Dero hasn't forked yet. To mine, you still need to use the cryptonight algorithm.

I think with the Atlantis release Dero will provide the world with a new Cryptonight protocol, might not even be called Cryptonight any more. Not some existing variant of Cryptonight for sure.  But the devs keep their cards close to their chest so I am just guessing like every one else of you on here....

As many CryptoNote/other blockchains are under attack and panic mode. Right now everyone should focus on increasing the security, resiliency and integrity of blockchain technologies.
DERO is still strong against such attacks and Atlantis is being worked to be secure and resilient against such threats.
Attacks have contributed lot in learning process.

If the algorithm is unique then this is very good. There will be no ASIC and no NH

To GPU / CPU miners:
what kind of coin do you mining,  before going to go back to the dero, if it will still goes?
I'm using a Fonero, given similar paramerics with Dero.

Perhaps news got out that it's now possible to withdraw them more than 20 at a time if you buy a bunch LOL. I'm assuming it's part Atlantis, part Alts in general doing well, and part GPU / CPU miners essentially being shut out from mining and dumping.

You have to check blocks found to see if blocks were found on the pool since you started mining.

Then you have to check whether the block has been unlocked for payment yet, or still waiting for confirmations.

Only then will you see anything under "pending balance" and it could take some time.

I send them a message about this issue and let's see what's happened.  Maybe is with delay but 2 hours delay is strange.


Edit: Maturity dept is 60 blocks. That means you will start receive rewards ii 2.+ hours after your first share. First 60 minutes of rewards will be smaller because of 60 minutes PPLNS window.
