mini-PCI permits something like a 2W draw, I think. The link says to use an external power supply for whatever you're sticking in the 1x slot. Pretty sure you wouldn't want to use that.

Yeh thats why i use the powered riser, Or even this

Middlecoin "can't" just switch to any coin at any time. This pool is pushing 9 GH/s now, how many pizzas is that anyway? Grin

Even if the order books are there we still have the issue of "blowing up" some of the smaller faster coins and H20 is and has been aware of this for some time.

If the pool hash could somehow be load balanced Huh with dynamic quotas? so as to not overwhelm the smaller coins and allocate more hash as difficulty increases (if market demand allows), that could be a start.

Sure middlecoin could just switch to whatever network h2o feels like? As long as the buy orders are there on an exchange.  Heck, let's just selfish-mine these coins with blatent 51% attacks!  More profit, more BTC, less shitty alts.

Now if only middlecoin would offer auto-payouts in LTC - that's where the real potential lies for 2014.

The issue I see is that there are chips and diodes in the way If I were to slide this is the slot, Strangley on the MOBO the slot is on the side Not on the top so how the hell would someone fit this in the slot. hmmm Id need a flexible version I think

Maybe you could take all this off-topic discussion to a new thread?

This thread is about middlecoin, there is a whole section about mining rigs.

This would not be within the best interest of us or h20. In fact, it isn't in our best interest to advertise middlecoin, although it is for h20, the guy with all the magic that we want to keep happy.

It's a balancing act, no doubt. And as long as it is profitable, more will come, until it is not.

Is everything working alright?

I don't seem to be accumulating much at all since the last payout though my hashrate shows up fine. My balance is blank, though most other people around my hashrate (1.4Mh/s) have a tiny amount at least.

Looks like we are mining to immature balance - a coin that needs to mature before it can be spent/exchanged. Look if your immature is up.

My local hashrate is showing up as 2.8mh but my online stats have been fluctuating between 1.9 and 2.2. Has any one else been facing a similar issue?

My accepted shares look good too. Started it at 4pm est and only have a 1.4% rejection

Yeah it seems like it's going downhill since the hashcow breach. at least for me. Not sure for how long it's gonna be profitable for me any more if it keeps going this way.

I don't know if this happened to anyone else, but I was overpaid from middlecoin.

My address is 1K5rQJxdPEmaybks4FqH8Qwjg5WXwjwS3E

If you look on the website I should only have been paid 0.01366416, but I was paid, 0.03217094.

I don't feel that it is right for me to accept the extra, how do I pay it back to H20?

Thanks

That's pretty cool of you man. H2O lurks the forums and will probably reply here. If not you could send him a pm on here. Great to see people like you exist.

EDIT.. but by the looks of the blockchain you did only recieve the 0.013. Are you sure you didn't have some BTC prior to mining at middlecoin?

Chill... It depends what coin we are mining. Some faster coins will naturally have higher rejects.
