^ why don't you move this to the mining forum? https://i.imgur.com/rUbqpg9.pngalso, was there a large connectivity outage about 10 hours ago? my internet was also down (MCI backbone), but it looks like a big chunk in our hashrate was taken out around that time too. This is from the almost 500 Mh/s btc adress. https://i.imgur.com/VxtCd9u.jpg

Seems like a very bad day today so far-
+1 I went from 4Mh/s to about 4.7Mh/s last night and today is on pace to pay about 20% less than yesterday. No significant change to immature/unexchanged either. 0.034-0.035 BTC isn't what I was expecting for 24hrs of 4.7-4.8Mh/s of hashing power. Why dont you do something about it then .. With that hashrate on RPC you would have got .1BTC without doing anything lol What's RPC? I'm guessing by RPC he means http://www.ronpaulcoin.com/ronpaulcoin_downloads.php maybe? Can totally see that raking in money like crazy ...

have any of you played with expiry and scan-time i was reading lowering them will really improve getting shares in and out faster with scrypt and it has my work utility used to be 100+ less then the hash now its same or more. these seem to really work good for my 2x 7970s. "expiry" : "12", "scan-time" : "6", http://s22.postimg.org/9y1mpj6rx/cgw.jpgI tested these setting on a few of my rigs today and it seemed to bring my WU down a tad. i'm getting the best results using Expiry 1 and scan time 1.

I think once someones hash rate reaches a certain threshold 100-200Mh/s they should be required to show some kind of proof that they aren't a bot net. otherwise its almost encouraged to do so. if it is a botnet he's stealing electricity from thousands of people and stealing from the pool as well by hogging all the coins. lol

Who would they show "proof" to? What does H20 care if its a botnet?? They are significantly adding to his bottom line.

The pool is def getting too large.
With someone hashing 500, that's just insanely suspicious, and it actually effects our payouts as well.

That address is a fellow from China using ASIC chips. He starts posting on this page. Please don't discuss ASICs or other mining stuff in this thread unless it directly relates to middlecoin. There is an entirely separate forum for that. I got a 30-minute downtime from 1030 to 1100 GMT today. Payments have been smaller, but that's due to multiple factors, such as increasing pool hashrate, a weak altcoin market, and a volatile BTC.

So he designed/fabbed/built ASICS before the rest of the world??? I don't believe it for a second. You want some swamp land in Colorado for cheap, Dawes? Edit: www.gridseed.com Interesting. Can't tell if its all photoshop work. Now i'm intrigued.

I took the liberty of giving the pool website a quick makeover. I find myself staring at the graphs and tables on the site quite a lot these days and the current design is, well, not amazing. You can view my mockup here: http://rickardandersson.github.io/middlecoinFor the sake of convenience, I only included part of the huge table on the front page. In addition, all report links in the table point to the same sample page. I also took the liberty of changing the colors used in the graphs by coinGeek. The colors I used are: Immature: #ecdf9a Unexchanged: #a6e38e Balance: black (2 px wide) Accepted: #7cb5ee Rejected: #215b95 Three hour average: black It's not the most exciting design (I'm not a designer), but I believe it is at least a bit better than what we have today. h20 and coinGeek: If you like any or all of my changes, by all means, use them. Bump for visibility. This is awesome dude!

What's more likely? a dude from china who made a botnet that infected a bunch of people, or a guy has a secret underground chip for hundreds of thousands in investment, that still is less than impressive for altcoin mining? lol

But that asic gives only 50 khash for $80 To make 500 mhash you need a lot of them, a lot The price is more expensive than a gpu, just electric consumption is good That 500 mhash must be a botnet
