We mined the wrong fork of doge and kitteh the other day

But it's ok, you can forgive mistake, the pool owner only makes $80,000/week

.....ummmm? Yeh, I just voted with my hash power pulled it firmly away from mc. I hope there is a huge drop by at least 35-50% just so h2o can witness the effects of his incompetence lately.

Right, that is the whole point of connecting to a pool; miners mine and in exchange for a fee the pool operator takes care of the details of keeping up with forks, new coins, etc.

I don't know what's going on, but it seems like it's no longer worth mining here. What's the best alternative?

Check this thread.

Data from just 12 hours of mining is quite irrelevant.

Fair enough; right now the battle seems to be between wafflecoin and Clevermining.com

Seems to me Wafflecoin has the edge at the moment but I would say those two are the best right now.

Exactly. It's just a case of sheer incompetence and people still sit here posting stupid popcorn pics and follow h20 religiously. He's not worth the fees right know. God only knows what he is distracted with!!

Clevermining has a tremendous reject rate and stability issues. I've been saying middlecoin needs to get fixed for a few weeks now, still mining partially here but testing other pools. ALL of the multi pools I've been testing have had similar issues, coupled with the very low bitcoin price and issues surrounding it, just be happy with what you get. Spread out your miners and keep your bitcoins.

I'll confess; I was one of the "stop the whining" folks. And, for most days to me it was justified. If you didn't have a good payout you'd at least see a high un-exchanged balance to know that the next day or two will be double.

But now the system is stuck on whatever coin that is terrible right now.

All this said; I don't think H20 is a bad guy and I am sure this will be fixed.

But until then...

So what has been the issue with Middlecoin, has it been mining coins that have decreased in value before exchanging them?

More like it seems it's stuck on mining a mediocre-valued coin.

Notice that the un-exchanged balance isn't really changing; thus MiddleCoin is instantly trading whatever we are mining.

Normally that is a good thing but when you do that with a coin that isn't valued highly you get what we have now; extremely low profits.

Add to that ongoing issues with high reject rates, etc. I can live with those issues, however. I can't live with mining for low profits.

You won't get it back, it was wasted in the wrong worthless coin.

Hash power thrown to the wall... Not to immature, or unexchanged, you won't get any benefit from it and it's over and done. This happened most of yesterday and Saturday also

Complete disaster and time for people to move on.

In terms of reject rates from other pools, yes you are correct.. But it's better to earn 0.013btc/Mhs with at 8-9% reject rate than 0.004-0.005 btc/Mhs with a 2-3% reject rate!!

Today around 8 Hours ago, it happened My hasrate showed 0... But CGMINER was PUMPING FULL perfect. Stats Show Zero meaning I got paid on what stats shows not what CGMINER SHOWS, which in reality should be the other way around.

Primary Is Middlecoin.com

Secondary Fail - Asia.middlecoin.com

I wish I could tell you something helpful but I don't know what happened or what you can do about it.

I didn't have the 0 hashrate issues , but like everyone else my payouts are low (most of the Altcoin markets are really low right now too). So it's probably a good time to test some of the new pools.

I'll be trying clevermining for a while.  It's pretty.  Hope my wallet looks pretty too after the evaluation.

There were many people with 0 Hashrate problem, I PMd H20 just then, Do you think he will reply or even bother anymore? Since he seems to be closing up shop... here, Not talking to anyone not letting them know what the issues are.. I can now see why some people becams eso frsustrated to the point of they felt they needed to insult and declare war on him.  Im holding myself back ... hoping there was a mistake or something will be fixed tommoroow and make up for it. Even a fn comment jeeeeeziz
