Shipping Updates
•   We have finished shipping Batch-1, and we are currently working through Batch-2 which is anticipated to be complete in April, 2014.
•   Batch-3 shipments are anticipated be complete in May, 2014, and Batch-4 in June, 2014.
•   All Evo Batch-1 orders are still on-track for April, 2014, and Evo Batch-2 for May, 2014.
Options to Upgrade to Evo
Please note that Evo batches are not only manufactured faster than our first-generation boards, but are also built at a manufacturing facility separate from our first-gen Batch-2, 3, and 4 orders. And because we are able to produce Evo boards quicker, we would like to offer an upgrade to your order at no additional cost, with shipments beginning in late May, 2014.
•   For every 400 GH/s Baby Jet ordered, we will send you our Yoli Evo Mining Board as well as a power supply and liquid cooling system. This will get you hashing up to 800 GH/s, in an open configuration without the chassis (just bring your own controller).
•   For every 400 GH/s Baby Jet Upgrade Kit, we will send you a Yoli Evo Mining Board.
•   For each 1.2 TH/s Sierra ordered, we are offering to upgrade your order to a Sierra Evo Kit capable of up to 2.0 TH/s, composed of three Yoli Evo Mining Boards, chassis and three liquid coolers (just bring your own power supplies).
If you wish to take advantage of any of these upgrade conversions, please reply to this email with your original order number(s) and further instructions will be provided.
Miner Protection Plan (MPP)

WTF happened to end of March?!? As an "UPGRADE" I get to get in the back of the line behind b1 Evo orders placed months later...despite ordering in Sept. of 2013?!? Some kind of appreciation for standing behind them!

What a bunch of a-holes. Now they claim they'll ship my b2 order by end of april(FIVE MONTHS LATE), but don't worry you evo guys will get your orders at the same time.

Never never ever dealing with another us manufacturer. They're all scammers and bs artists.

I got this email.  I'm in batch 2 with an order for three Sierras.   If I switch and agree to receive three Sierra EVO's I'll get 6 T/h in May instead of 3.6 T/h in April.  Will I actually receive ANY Sierras?  I'm just rolling the dice at this point.  I've moved on to other cryptocurrency endeavors.  But hey, if I get what I paid for.....BONUS:-)....other wise I'll just look for a way to write this off as a loss to help reduce my taxable income.  Moving on:-)

I wish I was a happy HF customer!!  It's just that I take all adversity with a specific mental attitude.  That is, I've already written off this as a loss and have placed a great deal of my effort into creating cryptocurrency software related to existing and (yet to be invented) financial instruments....one of which is an escrow app.  More to the point with an example:  I was an IT manager with a 6 figure income at Washington Mutual in 2007 when the entire financial industry went kapow.  I kept my mind straight and dove headlong into iOS development.  Yep, I could have cried.  Lamented.  Moaned.  And felt sorry for myself after losing 85% of my retirement.  I understood, at that time, that I had to keep my mind straight.  Not panic and re-engineer. Fast forward, I am back in the saddle and earning more than I was at Washington Mutual.  That was done by mentally focusing on the future and understanding that negative thoughts would create a Coralis spiral of death in my mind and put me in that "all is lost" mental funk.   I chose to shake it off and move on.  Now, here I am with the capability and opportunity to create financial instruments based on cryptocurrencies that will render the 19th century banking and financial industry virtually obsolete....this people, is a level of opportunity that you CANNOT (or forsake) overlook.  Cryptocurrencies are a technology that will do for the financial industry exactly what the internet did for information. In summary, hope for the best from Hashfast but be prepared to pick up and move on regardless of what happens.  Don't focus on the loss, focus on creating a financial instrument that will prevent future hardware manufacturers from taking the funds and dissappearing.

So this email that I didn't get makes one thing clear, even though they have problems with the rev.0 boards they are running the old production line and those of us who ordered pre-evo machines will get pre-evo machines, and after the new production line is fried up.  Also the bit about conversion but get at the end of the line again... I did not get a direct email to the different email addresses I used for my order, but I did get a general notification of their blog post because I subscribed to their newsletter

By the way, I am still waiting for my upgrade kits and Sierra orders. Oh and the MPP on the BBJets from Batch #1. That is 3 email's I should have gotten about the 'great news'

As unhappy HF customer I think that we need to keep everything that HF have said and other user comments about that for the benefit of past, current and potential future customers. And if HF will talk again allow them to do so where it is appropriate.
