It seems ridiculous that we still don't know EXACTLY what they are supposed to get to us in the next few days.

Amen to that!

They are basically asking us to sue them if we have the balls. And it looks like that no one cares.

And people that comes in this thread saying that they have an email promising a full BTC refund and than refuses to send it to my lawyer or a mod doesn't help in the process.

My anger against what is wrong in the Bitcoin community is productive:

Hi Everyone,

We will be kicking off Batch 1 shipments in the next few days. Stay tuned for more updates from HashFast engineering on twitter.

Batch 1 customers who would like to initiate a voluntary refund request, can do so by sending the following information to: [email protected]. Please note this is a request only and not a guarantee of refund eligibility. As orders were priced in USD, refunds will be issued in the equivalent amount of USD. If a refund is to be paid in BTC, the USD to BTC market exchange rate on the date of refund will be used to calculate the amount of BTC to be refunded.

Batch 1 Order number
Product & Quantities for your order. If you have multiple orders please group by order number.
Full Name
Shipping Address
Method of Payment (wire transfer, direct BTC transfer, bitpay)
Confirmation that you understand USD order totals that were originally paid with BTC can be refunded  in BTC at the USD to BTC market exchange rate on the date of refund.

Next, our customer service team will deliver you the necessary documents to complete the refund request, which you will need to sign and return to us.

Please direct questions regarding this process and items 1-6 to [email protected] Subject line: REFUND QUESTION.

ONLY EMAIL [email protected] if you are sure you want to request a refund and can provide the information specified in #1-5 above plus your confirmation to #6 also above.

We hope everyone is enjoying the holidays.  Again please visit us on twitter for the latest HashFast engineering updates.

Happy Holidays!

The HashFast Team

Dear jjiimm_64,
Either HF is paying you off or now you will share that information.

Dear guy who went to the HF HQ,
I would like you to testify.

Dear jjiimm_64,
Either HF is paying you off or now you will share that information.
If I was jjiimm, I would tell you to fuck off at this point and just get my BTC refund. I don't think you could act like more of an arrogant prick to another victim whose help you could really use.

The only thing I have is something from cypher who doesn't speak officially for HF.  Simon alluded to full BTC refunds when asked directly... But didn't  completely give a yes or no

Heh, how could we be so naive to expect anything else. To be honest though I did expect them to do this.

Everyone got it. It comes directly out of Google's servers (verified the logs of my email server). It's not a fake.

He's already said he would make it available if it was necessary.

Can you post a scan of that somewhere?

Is it notorized?

It is safely tucked away in an email.. if it becomes necessary, I will make it avail.  For now it seams they will be shipping before the 31st which makes it a moot argument anyway.

Jim

edit... OK,  moot

All you've done if badger him about it in between your nonsensical rants about how HashFast is claiming the BabyJet will do 1200GH/s. It's his personal email, and if he doesn't want to release it until after Dec 31st (or ever) that's his prerogative. It would be nice if he did, but it's up to him. Accusing him of being on HF's payroll isn't the ideal way to get someone to help you out.

Why do the victims of a scam not help eachother? Are you all more concerned with getting your refund first than making sure everyone does? Do you want to suck on the teat of the con artists that ripped you off? Hashfast is breaking US law with the refund policy, the shipping dates, notifications, etc. work together and get the bastards.

@MrTeal, yes, my actions where not the best. I'm sorry for that and i hope that i can offer you a beer if we ever meet in person so that you will maybe excuse me. But please don't focus on my posts. Focus on what's happening.

>work together and get the bastards.
How can you do that if your lawyer suggest you to keep your strategy for yourself? I'm trying to help everyone. I had at least 5 people contacting me via reddit/email/forum pm during the last day alone and i'm trying to give to everyone the most detailed answers i can. I'm here on this thread on my freetime everyday trying to point out what HF is doing and what our best defences are. I don't know what else to do.

+1

I also think their actions have earned them a scammer tag.

I am not surprised. HF simply does what benefits them. Screw the customers. Full speed BFL mode.

Your lawyer only has the obligation to his client. He doesn't want to help others. If it was a class action, it would be different, however the only person who will get paid in a class action is the lawyer. You ALL should have filed complaints with your state AG and the FTC months ago, but for some reason you let hashfast keep your money all this time hoping for some bs money printing machine that would make you rich. The only reason I can see people giving hashfast a chance after this long is greed.

No email here yet  Huh

No surprises though on the BTC refund - best of luck to jjiimm_64...

I give them some (very little) credit for being proactive with the e-mail.

this is very tru.. only the lawyers win with a class action..

this new development is disturbing to say the least...  I was really holding out hope that HF was legit and moral, just late..

If indeed they do not send me my baby jets by tue. I will be requesting a refund of my btc.  Just to get the ball rolling on the trollfest that is about to ensue here.. this is the quote from my email

Quote
Hi Jim,
Thank you so much for your patience while I got the answer for you, I greatly appreciate it.

The answer is if you buy Baby Jet for 51 BitCoins today and it does not ship, you will be refunded the 51 BitCoins you paid.

I hope that helps and hope you have a good weekend!

Thanks,
Cara
