It needs to have your profile id, not xxxx, otherwise i can't find you

If you are still having this issue with latest wallet. The best solution is to remove everything except wallet.dat from %appdata%/snowgem and the wallet will redownload the blockchain.

The block explorer seems to have a snyc problem. My wallet balance does not match with the value on the block explorer.Or is it a real problem with the snowgem blockchain itself?? Hope this is a simple problem with the block explorer itself.

it's a block explorer problem, it's a know problem of iquidus and required a reindex
You can check your balance with cli if you use linux
