Can anyone explain why the blocks have been mined but not confirmed in the wallet for more than two weeks? I leave 24 hours in a VPS. The wallet is encrypted and currently unlocked. Several coins are mined per day but none are being confirmed.

Blocks showing the status 'mined but not confirmed' are orphaned blocks.
Read more about orphaned blocks here. You could have a bad streak and get 2-3 orphaned blocks in a row.
if you continue to receive orphaned blocks head over to the Lemanum Discord, most probably is that you have a bad internet connection.

Yup it looks like I got only one orphan block and the rest were good. Network weight is huge now though.
