I'm looking for a person (no matter which country) who could create MS Azure accounts on a daily basis.

This is what you will need:

• A real SIM card (could be empty, but able to receive sms - lots of aftermarket, used ones to buy on every country);
• A fresh IP address for every account (this can be acquired if you have a "dongle" or etc. internet provider which supplies Dynamic IP);
• A virtual credit card (you can get these in a lot of places, but if you're unable - I can get them for you);
• An email account (gmail, yahoo, etc.)

This is what you will need to do:

• Create an Azure instance;
• Send me the newly created VPS details: IP, user, password.

This is what you will get:

• ~$3-$4 per 1 account.
  
• Will need at least ~10-20 accounts per day.

So, about ~$30-$80 DAILY revenue for you.
