DO has to meet a set of requirements based on each exchange as they differ; the one prerequisite that I've seen is not to be in an airdrop/ico stage (which is fine because everything comes at its time and rushing things will not be beneficial for anyone) |

Such questions are unanswerable. Yes it can, but also it may not. It's hard to tell. It all depends on development and adoption (higher interest in public). |

There are some specific requirements that has to be done before one can apply. Then usually a listing fee has to be paid  I believe It was 50.000 USD for Bittrex at some point  |

I'm wasn't be here for a couple of days and I see that all the prices are still low, including Onion.
I hope that the Onion will rise again.
Yesterday was half price! Sure it will grow and come back to ATH value of Jan.....but I still hope it remains low and give me time to buy other $Onions :-) |

To answer that question we need to look into the market cap of DeepOnion and compare it to some of its peers. Today DeepOnion's market cap is $47M with a price per coin of $4.80. For simplicity we'll round $50M market cap and $5 per coin. For DeepOnion to reach $500 a coin it'd need to have a $5B market cap. Is that realistic? With today's sell-off prices that'd put DeepOnion into the top-10 of market cap coins. I believe this is possible but it's even more possible if we forecast the market health. Let's assume that after this sell-off we have another bull run like we did before, and the entire market cap goes back to its peak in December. At its peak DeepOnion's market cap was $90M so after that we'd need roughly a 50x growth to get to $500 a coin. I don't know if that will happen this year, but with the new TOR wallet integration that allows even Chinese citizens to leverage the benefits of privacy then I think it is. |

A good way to look at it is the current and future market caps of some other top privacy coins like Verge and Monero. They are significantly more established than DeepOnion is in terms of time on the market but realistically in the future could be potential targets in terms of there market cap and userbase. With more exchanges and added features that will be implemented throughout this year there is no reason why somebody would realistically choose to invest in Verge over DeepOnion. In both cases the privacy aspect and investing for gains aspect DeepOnion has and will continue to show more promise i believe, so Verge at 700million now could definitely be achieved with the right sort of exposure and an overall healthy crypto market.

Does anyone know if its possible for the thread title to be changed by the author? There is not too much wrong with it although i am not a great fan of Cryptopia i was wondering if we could either change Cryptopia with KuCoin on there or add KuCoin to the existing title already. I think in time if not already that exchange will see much higher volume and it is better to attract people to buy into DeepOnion by advertising our existence on KuCoin instead of Cryptopia. I mean if after airdrops we are on Binance and Bittrex those exchanges have much more selling power than Cryptopia!
