I can't wait for this to happen too, some people are sad that it's the end of the Airdrop, but they forget that that's the real beginning for DeepOnion. So many exciting stuff will happen after the airdrops, so many new exchanges, new features etc. Like we say in my country, there are so many new peaks to conquer for DeepOnion and together with the power of the community we can achieve anything

No one imagined that dash would jump from 10 to 1600 usd in less than 6 months  so isn’t going from 5 to 1000  with better technology ,community and dev is easy to achieve  

2018 won't be as easy as 2017, Dash had a first-mover advantage which DeepOnion has not, I am not saying DeepOnion can not reach very nice price ranges but let's not see history as a way to predict the future. We need to innovate, be stronger  

I agree that 2018 wont be as easy as 2017. There is a lot of competition right now and only those who can bring better technology can succeed. I will be happy with wherever we get in the future since we can only go up from current price.

Thats ok buddy ^_^ Even you are receiving that small amount we dont really called it SMALL because each Onions is very expensive someday Think of it that 3.6 Onions you received will have a price of $100 each   If really want to receive more than that its still good to buy some onions in the market

Since day 1 in airdrop, there have always been complaints. I think these will continue till the end. People will always want more. If onions was distributed equally then others would also complain. This is by far the best mechanism to encourage people to hold!

Yeah, Before (When the time that im not a member of Deeponion community yet) I read that the distribution of the airdrop is base on the account rank here right ? And many people complain about also some are dumping their coins (correct me if im wrong please) when they received their coins then they change it until this time type of distribution (base on holdings) which is the base way for me also equality for everyone who contributed to the project when it started

So, where does your coin already apply? have you already found potential customers who will use your coin in their daily activities? How are you going to compete with the Monero?

Welcome to this thread sir (and hopefully welcome to the DeepOnion community at deeponion.org).
Please keep in mind that DeepOnion is a fairly new coin and we have a dev team working at lightning speed.
A lot of cool features have already been delivered including, for example, a woocommerce plugin to integrate DeepOnion in webshops.

I do believe that DeepOnion will compete with the best privacy coins (monero/Dash/zcash) in the mid/long term, but you cannot expect this within about 6 months. Rome hasn't been built in a day.
Just to clarify. please have a look at Monero chart at CMC and see what monero did in the first 2 years of it's existence.

I'm also an early Monero investor, so nothing against monero (or any other privacy coin), but in the mid/long term (1-3 years) DeepOnion will compete with the best.
Just my 2 cents on this matter.

I agree, some people / members of our great team and community thinking about DeepOnion airdrop is an easy money, some will going to join on the friday airdrop and  they will dump the coins that they get each week, but they really don't think about the great future of Deeponion after the distribution of the airdrop For now what we must really do is keep having more Onions for the better future

DeepOnion is a great investment even without the possibility to partecipate in airdrops. The price of onion was cheap even before the recent dip IMO. A lot of stuff are coming!

This is very optimistic. If price will be 100 usd, than marketcap must be around 2 billions (according coins total supply 19 millions). Only few coins have such big cap. But may be 50 usd is more real. What news in development here? When mobile wallet will be released? IOS or Android will be first?

Sure. But GLOBAL Market Cap could reach 2.5-5 trillion by the end of the year. So 2B market cap for Onion is not impossible.

IF the GLOBAL market cap will reach a few trillions, 2B for DeepOnion is not impossible, I agree. But let us first get the crypto market out of the current bearish trend before getting over-excited about the wonders of the future

we must make  this coin as utility coin so the people need it, then we could achieve that target,. if not,. I doubt we could hit that target,. as there are so many competitors out there,. the most difficult part in crypto is how to make it as a utility coin,.
