Can you please explain,  why I should download a new wallet?
I sent coins out of my wallet, and this transaction is shown in one (of two) block explorer. The transaction is extremely slow.
No pending income in the receiving wallet after 90 minutes.

What is happening here?
I want to know first, before I'll download something.
