I was re-downloading the wallet from your website and came across the three links of the windows wallet which one should I use if I want the wallet to get synced quicker (I haven't synced my wallet for more than a year). Or did you guys also created a web-based wallet which doesn't require us to sync with the network?

There is a web-based wallet but it's not official. If you didn't sync for a year then probably you are on the old chain and you will need to download the latest wallet. Non-DV is a wallet without DeepVault and it starts faster, download it if you are not planning to use DeepVault. Here is the QuickSync guide:

Edit found the non-official paper wallet link: https://walletgenerator.net/?currency=DeepOnion but you must take the necessary precautions like generating the private key offline using a secure device.

This is a version 2 maintenance release. It adds new blockchain checkpoint at Bitcoin blockchain (at our block 1322222), and adds more recent check points to make the blockchain more secure. It also fixes various small bugs.

Version 2.0.3 also upgrades the tor library to the latest version of 0.4.0.5 (6afe1b0).

For v2.0.3 release, the DV version is v2.0.3.0-62ae86d33 (DV) and non-DV version is v2.0.3.0-02fd6a7cb. Both windows qt files are registered with DeepOnion blockchain and you can verify your download with DV using owner address Dg9D3ZvXoLk6Ysw5SG8VVMiMDqXmWvEbjt.
