yeah, so hard to trust exchanges even the biggest ones after what happened to Cryptopia. Good thing I sold most of my mini coins and transferred all my ONION to my desktop wallet before that exchange went down. It's always best to have your money in your own pocket.

You're one of the lucky ones. Lots of people had coins in Cryptopia, which they lost after the hack. I used to have some coins too but I also had most of them transferred before the hack, so I lost about $5 worth of coins.

You must not trust any exchange, web wallet with your funds, those can EXIT scam or can be hacked as well. I always prefer having an offline wallet like a paper wallet.

Is there any plan of re-organizing VoteCentral's reward? I think it's too low for this moment. If the prize was high, more people would join.

I wouldn't count an exchange like Cryptopia into the category of the really big ones, but keeping it off exchange is of course safer. Still though if you want to keep any crypto on an exchange, I'd always recommend to do it on the really big ones who are even able to survive a hack.
