at firstly it will be optional feature. If you want send understandable transaction you can not use deepsend and will see in blockchain understandable transaction. Some time it may be need for legal payments where need show some reports with payment details.
Some privacy coins cant allow this and cant be used in this way.

at 2nd DeepSend nodes very easy to setup. Will be need only wallet synced with network with minimal requred balance ( 200 onion for now as i know to enable deepsend feature). These nodes will help with transactions and nodes owners may earn some money.
DeepSend nodes will be able to earn money almost in some way as masternodes, but without centralisation. Masternodes its centralisation. We no need any masters in our network.
All network participants should have same privilegies.

Maybe will be better to refer to those non-private transactions in DeepOnion network as public transactions instead of understandable tx, in order to avoid confusion with new users :-)

The reason I ask is that a day or two before official release I would like to be the "test dummy" if there is any difference. I have a feeling we might have lost a few people when we went from 1.x to 2.x because they did not understand that it was easy, just different. If there is going to be a problem I would rather it be me as I am hard to get rid of

Installing DeepOnion is easy because devs use the simple update way, with the QT wallet you get the newest version, remember always to create a backup before updating anything!

Yes, it is easy but people (including me) did not read the instructions closely enough with the small difference when updating from 1.x to 2.x and then a lot of posts about not syncing and balances being wrong. @Bizul quickly set me on the correct method and it went smooth as silk. I did not like seeing posts that were talking down DeepOnion and people talking about giving up. It does not look good for people who might be looking at entering the project. Just thought I would offer to be the "test dummy" if there are ever any changes like that in the future as I am not limited to one device and if it is possible to make a mistake I will do it Then we know we might need extra emphasis on some detail of the upgrade.

That's the right way to go. Most cryptocurrencies that have any substance are currently undervalued. This means that your Onions will be worth way more in the future.
