Hope you will not mind. The reward is too low, to be honest. The price of 200 ONION is ~$25 at the moment. No one will give it a try. I think the community must come forward and take a step. $10 from me was too low, but I will increase it if I find some more interested person. More/less some of our community members are active here. If we everyone come forward with donating $10/$20, it will be easy to have a fund of $500, that will attract someone I think.
We have to collect the prize by an admin and promote the proposal through Votecentral, also here and all the possible crypto community. We have active members here like bizul, real duke, bykardinal, usbitcoinservice, nicolas. I think everyone can afford $20 at least. It's not a big deal after all. Let's do something together guys.

I think together we can get a big amount which can attract a good amount of people. There are a lot of sites where we can either directly put DeepSend for finding bug (if any) or simply to trace DeepSend transaction.

Doing great marketing for a coin is a tough and exacting task. Bitshares is the one example of how lack of community effort impinges on the reputation of their project. No marketing means no reputation. And since Onion from the onset was designed to be a straight clone of dash, it is wise to just stick to simple techniques DASH used to spread the awareness to reach more people. Its better to hire a spokesman with big enough twitter account with copious amount of followers and have the marketer represent the community in social medias. No one is gonna work for free. Now that Dash has surged in value, it is better to not waste time on sitting on a dead forum. When it boils down to promotion twitter is the best place to give potential investors a shout.

It could be a good idea. We had one youtuber called Kubera which was like our "ambassador", he tried his best but he left the project after a while. Maybe we could find someone else without big fees that wants to promote DeepOnion.
