Even if it did contain a bad block, wait for 24 hours and download the QuickSync again because the file is updated automatically every 24 hours.
However, still I would discourage to use quicksync. We are using a decentralized coin wallet, it doesn't sound good that we are depending some other. Unless someone is in huge hurry, they can easily sync the wallet. QuickSync has zero effect on decentralization because if a single bit (not an exaggeration) is different, the generated hash will be different and the network will reject that wallet. You can try by using a text editor capable of editing large files to change one character (a single byte) from the downloaded QuickSync and then test if your wallet will be accepted by the network. |

That's pretty awesome. I think I had forgotten about the continuous update of the blocks. However, still I would discourage to use quicksync. When will we have a light wallet like electrum for DeepOnion? Any roadmap on this? Is nezero working on this now? There are some proposals where the devs are actually working. I´m not sure if the electrum wallet is a priority right now, but we´ll have one sooner or later. |

Why there is warning that creator of this forum is a scammer, when your are not logged in FFS? Whats wrong with bitcointalk, 3 years struggling with faulse accusations wasnt that enough? I bet it is this "Lauda" guy, look at his trust profile

Thanks Deeper but sorry that I can't find any progress on the Light wallet for DeepOnion. Is there any plan on it in future? @bizul, I know that the decentralization has nothing to do with quicksync but as a decentralization technology believer, we must not depend on other for sync. |

Calm, people have their own reason. It is up to each person to believe, but most signs are made for a warning. So even though there are many flags, but people don't believe it, it will still be crowded by the community. |

People may have different opinion and there's nothing wrong with that. But if you look at the most ICO coins, you will find that most of them are scam. How much projects were tagged as scam? Each projects deserve to be flagged since deeperx got flagged. But no project other than DeepOnion is tagged and flagged. |

DeepOnion devs stopped BCT signature campaigns and removed the ID requirement from registration. I think they are only here for updates and to provide support for non-registered members. |

They have finished and released deepsend, took awhile though, but they got there in the end. Now it depends on proposals from the community as to which way the coin will go. I suggest checking on the community section of the website. |

Have a look at the website. You can find yourself easily. Some good things have been done by the team. Personally, I had some difficulties with finding information on the site. If you are on the homepage deeponion.org just hover your mouse over the categories at the top of the page. You will see several topics under each category. If there is something you can't find then just go to the forum feel free to ask. It usually does not take long for someone to come by and help |
