I have configured my Node as a DeepSend Node but I have a break/reconnect of my internet connection every 24h and got a new IP everytime. I'm pretty sure that I got a new TOR IP address too

Connection disruption or IP change wont affect the Tor information of your DeepOnion wallet. The Tor connection information is stored in the wallet files inside the Tor folder. Make a backup and use whenever something changes for any reason.

A stealth address is a privacy-enhancing technology for protecting the privacy of receivers of cryptocurrencies. Stealth addresses require the sender to create random, one-time address for every transaction on behalf of the recipient so that different payments made to the same payee are unlinkable.

Stealth addresses it is interesting feature if you want buy some ONIONs on exchanges, but not all exchanges support this feature and need send another RPC call to DeepOniond(daemon)

Team noticed that already few times some users created stealth addresses and tried to make withdrawals on different exchanges where SA was not supported officially. Right now team members in negotiations with exchanges, and first exchange which replied to us and seems started to support Stealth Addresses withdrawals is Crex24

I already checked it and it works very well. Test withdrawal was completed less then in a minute.

It's a centralize payment service and I'm quite sure it's unlikely that they will not sell user information. As I said above on other statement, I would say no one planning to use such a privacy coin should ever use such services to purchase or sell ONION.
