When I document myself on a project, I also check its community - I don`t look at the numbers anymore , I just spend some time reading the comments. Because I know there is an established practice to pay members and as long as the project offers people incentives to join the telegram group, the number becomes irrelevant.

Telegram is such a great way to find an initial trustness in nthe prject you want to be involved, then you can see the whitepaper and other social media following like Facebook, Twitter, etc

yes as per my view. most investors now see the telegram users. if above 50k then the hype rate is very high so the ROI can be double definitely. you can see arkblock and refereum and gonetwork has massive crowd.

I read the article and this is getting even more out of hand than I thought, no only we have icos now we have a pre-sale and whitelists, what is next pre-pre-sales? This is why scammers get away with their scams since people are willing to throw their money to projects that have nothing but hype around them, yes we all like the idea of making money but we need to be more careful as well.

i dun think telegram make an ICO success.. i would say it is a tool to connect ppl that had interest of ICOs to gather to have the latest news or what are the upcoming/potential ICOs that all of us can go more depth into it whether is worth to invest more. insider news maybe. haha

Humm.... i think it's not only telegram can reach it. All social media can get this positive thing along their are active and can come closer to who Interesting with their project.

Telegram is the most used  chat platform by crypto fans, and especially by the devs and the investors of ICO projects. A good reponsive Telegram channel is always required to see if the project is active, having some potential or not. Almost you can't find any successful ICO project without having a successful channel(s) in Telegram.
