All the above are being done by people depending on the set goals and expertise level in crypto. One may plan to hold a promising coin fro either long term or short term depending on the performance of the coin on the market. Others tend to fall victims of FUDs, hence panic sell their valuable coins for cheap prices.

I try not to panic because it's pointless. In a panic you can make a lot of mistakes due to which you see yourself in the future awake to blame. I believe that this time you just need to go through and not to take any serious action. Unless on the contrary to be bought properly coins because for the next couple of years I think you will not see such prices any more. So while some are wasting time and opportunities, you have to put this situation to his face and look at it from the other side.
