I totally agree with you. I'm also looking forward to the re-opening of this campagin, although I'm happy with my current signature campaign too.  In my opinion, setting fixed rates indeed keeps more spam away than pay-per-post structure that is used now (and earlier). People don't have an incentive anymore to post "as much posts as possible". But, Stunna should set a minimun required amount of posts per week or month, otherwise the signature campaign won't get much attention as it should.

HOWEVER, we will have very strict rules regarding spamming. Basically we want to not restrict people but at the same time 100% ensure we aren't having a negative effect on the quality of content posted within this forum.

With this being said, what would a fair pay per post be?

I've noticed competition for pay per post has dropped a lot. There really isn't any campaign willing to pay users out large amounts of BTC. Would people be happy with ~0.0006/post for Sr/Hero? This is lower than where we last left off, but with no limits it'll most likely still be more profitable.

Thoughts?

That is a good idea in theory but will be a pain in reality with a lot of time required to police it. I would recommend testing with a trial run maybe 10 people and see if it is worth the time. The price per post looks ok.

In this way is true that everyone can earn a lot of bitcoin at the end of month, but there will be so much spam. Fixed rate is better than pay per post in way that everyone earn x to post y, not more.

Fixed rate. Less incentive for spam, less policing, easier for you to manage the campaign, easier for members to verify that they are getting paid fairly. Is there really any disadvantage to that other than some members thinking they'd make more money on PPP basis?
