At this point, in the US, every token offered in an ICO is being treated as a security. In terms of how they'll be classified once the platform is operational and the tokens can be used for their utility.... it's anybody’s guess.

I asked to XiWATT team. They will be providing updates to the bounty shortly; there are some other announcments in the pipeline that they need to make first. |
