Not sure what specifically you're looking for, but Oraclize has been doing this for a while (it does both Bitcoin and Ethereum - some of the DApp examples you find on their website are Ethereum based but they do both). Chainlink is doing exactly that. It´s an ERC 20 Token.

Chainlink had work in the past with SWIFT, but no partnership announced.
Chainlink launched the testnet last week.
