If you're really sure with your claim, you can create new thread in scam accusations, follow the scam format, and attach the proofs you have. Otherwise, no one will believe you as the accusation isn't valid.

As for the rollover for each promo, they filled out separately in order from the first one I had claimed. At the beginning for about 20 or so minutes the promo bar looked like it was stuck, but after a few refreshes everything start updating smooth.
