This one that makes me confused, if both max withdrawal rule from the free spins and the minimum withdrawal are applied at the same time then there is no way for user to withdraw from this free spins unless users make a deposit of 1.7mbtc to withdraw the 0.3mbtc from the free spins but I do not think users will do it.

This is not shady behavior, but definitely a bug.
It is obvious that these two situations are mutually exclusive.
Even if you deposit 1.7 mBTC, you would not meet the condition for a max withdrawal of 0.3 mBTC.
Simply in both situations is impossible to make a withdrawal, so let's wait for the support to clarify that.
