Did you try reseating the heat sink to make sure you have good contact?

The shiny bumpy part is the plastic that protects the thermal pad in transit. You should take it off.

ok i will try again and let you know the hashing of the second one the first is 35 gh the second is somewhere between 28-30 gh

There is plastic on both sides that must be taken off. One side is bumpy, one side is smooth. Remove both.
