you can transfer more than 100 000 NCP.
You may be referring to stocks limit of 1 000 000 NCP per transaction.

Other exchanges allow you to withdraw more.

just do reset to your wallet if they still not confirm they will cancel and return to your wallet

Can I withdraw all my coins from Altex exchange, which got serious troubles last weeks.
THe exchange closed its trading status days ago, and have not had scheduled day to reenable it again.

No one is sure what is happening with Altex.
For now, I would suggest removing your coins from the exchange.

I noticed that they lowered the amount of NCP that you can withdraw at a time to 1 million and you have to wait at least 1.5 minutes between withdrawals or they penalize you and make you wait a few more minutes.

I would suggest moving your coins to TradeOgre.  I wouldn't trust Stocks.Exchange as they have far too many issues.
