YES! Victory!

I got the official confirmation today that my claim was valid, and got my full deposit back.

I paid the 4th of january through PayPal, and used my Mastercard. I first tried to file a dispute through paypal, but after a lot of back-and-forth my claim was denied because it was to long ago. Then I filed a claim through the Dutch ING bank, since I got my Mastercard through them. The option I used is called 'Geld terug service', which translates to 'money back service'. I filed my claim around the 20th of december, and got a temporary refund almost immediately. Today I finally got the confirmation that I can keep the refund.

I believe an essential part of my claim was that Alpha originally stated in their terms that "Booked shipments will be delivered within Q2/Q3 of Year 2014.". The third quarter runs until the end of september, and in my case I could file my claim up to 120 days after the agreed on delivery date.

Good luck with your claims!

You know what'll happen? They'll shut up shop when they're no longer able to take people's money, and claim all the actions filed against them were the sole reason they went under. There won't be any miners. I'm quite frankly amazed they're still managing to spin this for as long as they have. Remember when they were going to ship? Oh, but we just have to do this. Now we just have to do this. Now we just need to do that. Soon, soon. Shipping soon.

Vaporware.

How can you expect them to even operate as a viable company with all this legal action against them? These people are accountants. They'll be siphoning money into other companies, then they'll just declare the company insolvent and move on.

Since they didn't collect the 70% "final payments" until May, their cash on hand was pre-order money at the time of this report. They've got money.

And that was before they took a bunch of extra money from a business investor.

Nice comeback, you really defended yourself there. I'll just stick with referring you to my previous comment

It's time for the I told you so?  What the Fuck does that mean? Time to act like an ass on a thread being used by people to recover their money?  neener, neener, neener?

Others have said it, but fuck off you little worm.  Go primp for someone that might get a bang out of it, like your mommie, douchebag.

Give the guy a break. Life in his parents' basement has to be pretty unfulfilling...so getting his jollies by celebrating the misfortune of others is probably the only thing that makes his miserable existence seem tolerable.

No buddy you weren't. You only joined this forum in Feb 2014 way after Alpha closed their first round of pre-orders so lets cut the bullshit. Your first post on this thread was in August and you've been spamming the same bollocks ever since. (https://asktom.cf/index.php?topic=314402.msg8371900#msg8371900)

Lets not pretend you're some genius whose predictive powers were ignored by all the gullible fools in this thread. You're just a Jonny come lately arsehole trying to make his dick look big by spamming shit people smarter than you had already pointed out.

You're the same ZetaOS that posted this:(https://asktom.cf/index.php?topic=485237.msg7155938#msg7155938)

I must say i have really good impression of Mining ASICs Technologies.
Its a real frim, in a really building, and i have seen even some real people ;-)
It seems more then legit to me.
I hope my effort helped the mining community, and a thinks are more clear now.
If there are any questions, please ask them.

Those amazing predictive powers of yours again eh? Your argument seems to be. They had shit hole offices and they're called Mohammad. Your buddy over at MAT had nice offices and was called Marc but still turned out to be a scam artist. I guess its ok for him to rip people off because his skin isn't brown. Jog on you racist wanker.
