Yeah, we have tried contacting them but their support is useless. Use another email provider.


Edit: Asking our users to contact them seems to have worked. Faced with thousands of support request they have contacted us to say we are no longer blocked.

You will have to PM me the user ID and proof of ownership in the form of a Bitcoin signed message from the Bitcoin address in the account profile before I can do that.

Hi,i am having problem with freebitco.in auto-bet game,i lost arround 0.3 BTC tonight and i think that i lost it due to a bug,i deposited 0.22 BTC week ago and i planned to deposit more but whats the point if this game is bugged and steals me money,i would setup auto-bet,increase 10% on win and increase 30% on lose,and i would setup "stop betting after"  0.00001000,i would then let it bet but the thing is it wouldnt stop after it hits 0.00001000 BTC,it would hit few times above 0.00001000 and it wouldnt stop to bet,and since bets continued to increase i lost my money,i think thats not fair,if betting stopped like i have set it up i wouldnt lose those BTC,my user id is 184549 ,i also took two screenshots that i will upload here where you can see that it didnt stop like it should,i can scroll through my roll history and take screenshots of all instances where this happened but since you have access to my account i think that its better that you go through my history and verify that,please note that when my balance started lowering i started lowering my "stop betting after" amount.

There is no bug in the autobet and it has been used to place billions of bets without error. It is most likely that you didn't set it up correctly to do what you thought.

Huh,  isnt that weird.  Someone lost everything using YOUR bot.  Damn snake oil salezmen and their convoluted UI's designed to make people lose.  Use a real bot that is so simple to setup that all you have to do is run it and thats it.  No "setup" required.

Auto-bet is extremely simple to use. It's not uncommon for people to try and get a refund by inventing a bug when they lose.

I agree that bots can be a great alternative to auto-bet and provided you take all the basic precautions that are essential for everyone handing Bitcoin to ensure their safety. They can be a lot of fun but untrusted 3rd party applications should always be fully scrutinised before use.

Never use a bot that you cannot compile yourself. The source code should be available to inspect before you risk compiling and running it on your computer. If that is not the case you cannot guarantee that it doesn't contain malware that could steal your funds or even a keylogger that could compromise every other account you own.
