I just checked Freebitco's rank on Alexa. It ranks 2178th. It's great. I really didn't expected this.

Really impressive to see that freebitcoin have a much higher alexa ranking than the rest of the prominent sites in the market. Not sure how they manage to do that, it is really impressive .

I think shipping will be covered by the winner but even if it wasn't wherever you live there must be some taxes for having that type of car, and not many people have that type of cash. Don't get me wrong some people could be crazy car people and get the car but I think 200k is not an offer many people can turn down when the other option is to spend far less money on a car you should not have unless you are super rich.

These are unbelievable stats. I knew that FreeBitco.in is a famous site but i never thought it will bypass coindesk or bitcointalk in terms of ranking. This does shows that people still looking to do faucets to get free satoshi. However freebitco is much more than just faucet as it offer dice, investments. lottery all in a one single place. Also in so many years, i never saw their faucet being dried out which is another remarkable achievement.

I am amaze too with the stats right now but still I am no doubt about their rank higher than others site that he mentioned about. Maybe it varies from one month to another, because it's hard to believe that India and China are not among the main sources of the traffic. It does make sense that most traffic are coming from countries where there are high unemployment and third world countries. This also explains why Ad companies were not very keen to pay for traffic that are coming from these areas. The Ad companies wants exposure to visitors with buying power and most of these people do not fall into that section.

India has higher unemployment rate than Russia and also much larger population.

As I understand it the 0.05 is a deposit not a price but as already mentioned it is not always available, so far it has run for 48hrs from notification by email, in my case anyway.

How can someone think to adveritse on freebitcoin to sell expensive stuff? It is not really possible to get whales around here, they do exist and we have seen people who gambled a ton of money and who bought a ton of tickets etc etc but the general population of the website must be a bit poorer people like me.

It's impressive stats for website which started just as faucet. Almost 30 millions registered users shows how big they are now. They have more users than giants like Bitcointalk, most exchanges, news websites, similar number like Binance or Coinbase. It's just FUD. First of all, it's not even possible to advertise on Freebitco.in - it's ad-free website.
Speaking about whales - please check stats how much BTC top players wager on Freebitco.in each month. If they aren't whales, then I don't know your definition of whale.

It is possible to deposit, get free golden tickets and then withdraw all you had deposited.
It is not fair to those who get the tickets with gambling or buy them. But the reason why freebitco is doing this is clear. They are trying to tempt people. I am sure some of users will deposit and then gamble to withdraw more than they had deposited. Gambling is always tempting. A user who wants to deposit 0.03 and gamble will likely deposit 0.05 instead of 0.03 to receive a ticket too.
Even if all the people deposit and immediately withdraw, Freebitco lose nothing. Because there is no change in prize. The prize costs 200,000 dollar and number of tickets doesn't matter.

It's fair enough, which a gambler might normally desposit 0.01-0.02 but now they might increase the amount to 0.05, from a statistical view it already help increase wagering amount thus increased income for them.Out of 100% of the users deposited, it may need less than 1% of them to keep the coin there and managed to wager & lost is enough.
